CAN I PICK UP LOCALLY TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS?
Yes! Pick up is in St. Albert, AB. Simply select the local pickup option during checkout. You will be contacted to schedule a pickup when your order is complete.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping is currently open to Canada and internationally.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO BE FINISHED?
Current turnaround times are approximately 10 business days (2 weeks). Some items will ship sooner if already in stock.
I PURCHASED A PDF PATTERN, HOW TO I GET IT?
Once payment has cleared, you will receive an email to download your PDF pattern.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted on unworn/unused items in original condition with tags still attached within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Please note items are not eligible for return if the tags have been removed. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
Due to the nature of PDF patterns, patterns may not be returned or exchanged. All pattern sales are FINAL.
