10 Crochet Blanket Patterns

One of the very first projects I crocheted was a blanket.  In fact I have made so many blankets over the years that I have lost count.  I have put together a list of 10 Awesome Blanket Patterns. Hopefully you find one or two that you would like to make!

Here is the List of 10 Awesome Crochet Blanket Patterns:

1. The Willow Blanket -All About Ami

 The Willow Blanket is made with Lion Brand Thick and Quick yarn. Working with chunky yarn is a great way to make a quick and easy blanket! As always Stephanie did an amazing job with this pattern.

2. Moca Ripple Blanket - TL Yarn Crafts

I think this blanket is absolutely stunning, what a beautiful piece to add to your home. The Moca Ripple Blanket is made with Lion Brand Skein Tones.

3. Wildwood Plaid Blanket - Two of Wands

Two of Wands is one of my favorite pattern designers, all of her designs are stunning.  She even designed a yarn line with Lion Brand last year, Hue & Me, which is what this blanket is made with!

4. Cadence Blanket - Leah & Stitch

 The Cadence Blanket is one of my designs and my very first kit with Lion Brand Yarn.  You can find the kit here.

5. The Zanmann Blanket - Debrosse 

Debrosse always comes up with the most gorgeous modern designs.  The Zanmann Blanket is no exception!

6. The Vintage Heirloom Blanket - Little Red Knits

 The Vintage Heirloom Blanket has a classic take on a granny square blanket.  I love the monotone of this blanket, it lets the texture really shine!

7. The Rainbow Scrappy Blanket - Leah & Stitch

The Rainbow Scrappy Blanket is a perfect stash buster, a great way to use up all those extra pieces of yarn that you don't know what to do with!

8. The Zig Zag Chevron Afghan - Knits and Knots WPG

The Zig Zag Chevron Afghan is a great take on that vintage blanket that I think everyone had growing up.  It uses Lion Brand Vanna's Choice yarn, which is a great choice for any blanket!

9. Little Ombre Blanket - Woods and Wool

Baby blankets make great gifts for your friend or family who are expecting a baby. This blanket would be adorable hanging over a crib!

10. Easy V Stitch Blanket - Easy Crochet

Last but not least is the Easy V Stitch Blanket.  The design of this blanket is stunning and looks like it works up very quickly! I know some people shy away from making blankets because they think it will take to long, but you just have to find the right pattern!
